Hi, I'm Emi! I'm a (gender)queer professional GM, TTRPG reviewer, and game designer. Also an amateur leatherworker, longtime knitter, and spreadsheet enthusiast.As a professional GM, you can find me running games of HEART, Draw Steel, Mythic Bastionland, D&D 5e, and more through StartPlaying. I tend to run roleplay-heavy games with lots of space for player-driven character development; I specialize in campaigns with fairy tale energy, and love GMing for players who want to be heroes. I GM from my own perspective, which includes a commitment to accessibility and disability justice, and to creating safer tables for marginalized people. I mostly review games designed for group play from a solo-player perspective, but you'll find the occasional group play report and solo-game review there too. I especially like games that encourage paladin behavior, crunchy games with lots of mechanical support for roleplay, and games designed for very specific experiences.As a game designer, I'm currently working on a disabled horror solo/duet game, a supplement for Dungeon Crossing: Dragon Home Designer, and a fantasy papal conclave murder mystery adventure.
